Training Courses

We are proud to offer 3 Instructors per class of 10 dogs (10 is our maximum, quite often classes contain only 8 dogs).
We are happy to take both puppies and adult dogs. Our method of training works well on dogs of any age.
We use a reward based training method and do not use harsh methods of any sort.
Both handlers and dogs learn each exercise sequentially in a calm and friendly environment.
We do not allow dogs with aggression problems in our classes but do offer special sessions to help overcome these issues.

Most of our courses are 9 weeks long and follow school term times - for example January to April.  We also split the 9 week Preliminary level into two 5 week courses (called Beginner and Elementary) for those clients who have either missed the start of the 9 week course, or for those who are unable to commit to a 9 week period. These 5 week Beginners courses commence approximately halfway through our 9 week courses. They cover approximately the first half of the 9 week Preliminary course content. The 5 week Elementary course covers the latter part of the Preliminary level and normally starts the same week as the 9 week Preliminary course. Elementary courses are also suitable for clients who wish to brush up on the latter half of their Preliminary course.

Please note - courses are filled on a first come first served basis and we are always oversubscribed. If you are registering / enrolling near the start date it is best to ring on either of the the above numbers and confirm if there are spaces available.
