Responsibility
Whilst every care is taken to ensure the safety of both you and your dog whilst attending these classes at Cranbourne Dog Training School, please note that no responsibility can be accepted by Cranbourne Dog Training School for any injury to yourself or your dog, or any sickness or disease contracted whilst in the hall or car park.
Unsuitable Dogs
Cranbourne Dog Training School reserves the right to remove from class any dog that we feel is unsuitable for a class situation. If this is the case, we are happy to offer help via private lessons instead to help you overcome any problems you may be having. The number of private sessions offered is at our discretion.
Refunds
Refunds can only be made in special circumstances and are at the discretion of Cranbourne Dog Training School. If for some reason, you are unable to complete your course, we sometimes offer private lessons instead, again, at our discretion.
Payment
Courses have to be paid for in advance, we cannot reserve your place without payment.
We accept cheques, made payable to ‘CDTS’, or you may wish to pay for your course via Internet banking. Please contact Gail for further information. Sorry but we are unable to offer a credit card or PayPal service at this time.
